Good morning☺
The Lord is good.
As I woke up, and prayed for strength to begin my day I was led to continue reading Matthew.
I am reading Matthew 7 and the scripture that stood out for me is verse 7-12.
““Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”
Matthew 7:7
“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”
Matthew 7:8
“Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?”
Matthew 7:9
“Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent?”
Matthew 7:10
“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!”
Matthew 7:11
“Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.”
Matthew 7:12
So reading this scripture it challenged me to ask the Lord, knowing that I will surely receive from Him.
I will receive that which The Lord wills for me to have.
What we ask of The Lord though it is our heart’s desire, it must be in line with His will.
I am also a firm believer in sowing love into the kingdom of God, through our service to Him.
Not our service to man, but to God.
Verse 12 says; Therefore, whatever you want man to do to you, do also to them.
Most assuredly our labor of love shall never be in vain.
I’m asking God this morning and I am believing for the simple fact that He said I shall surely receive.
But, I must not forget that if I do not give to others, if I do not die in love, I should forget about receiving anything from the Father.
Brethren you best believe that there is a major difference between heavenly riches, and worldly riches.
And even though God has promised us both, if we have only worldly riches we have nothing.
It is so easy to depict the allusiveness of this world as realistic.
I am grateful to God for what I have, but there have been many times this year whereby I have asked and I have not received.
And if I am keeping it real here, it has been frustrating and painful,
I have even attempted to go for what I asked from Him even though He said no, and it turns out to never be successful.
Jeremiah 29:11 says He knows the plans He has for us plans of good and not of evil to give us hope and a future.
Brethren, we can ask and it will be given to us. We can seek and we will find. We can knock and the door will be open for us.
But, that is only guaranteed if we have asked according to His will.
Do not forget that scripture says seek Ye first the Kingdom of God,
And His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.
How about those that have not sought after God first, yet everything is being added unto them?
This is where spiritual maturity comes in.
You know, God has opened my eyes about many things this year not just about myself but about all that is and has been going on around me.
The way God has opened my eyes, it has really revealed the sharpness of His Word.
Maybe I’ll share more about that another time,
but I will quickly touch on that there is an evil agenda that is being pushed by those in high places.
If you draw closer to God you will know that not everything is as it seems in the government, and The Lord warns that you better not put your trust in man but look to God only.
Pray about decisions that are being made, but do not be surprised when certain happenings begin to unfold.
It is according to scripture, and prophecy.
Anyway, going back to the topic of asking from the Lord, how should we ask from God that we shall surely receive?
Well, Jesus gave us a perfect example when He taught us how to pray.
He started of by teaching us to acknowledge that God is our Father.
Our Father, hallowed be Thy Name.Jesus then said; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
Thy Kingdom come, that should be the prayer of every believer.
Why?
Because Jesus lives in us, and therefore His Kingdom must be established on earth.
Pray to have the Heart of the Father, if you do then it will become easier for you to be about your Father’s business.
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Meaning not my will oh Lord, but Your will be done.
So when we ask, and we expect to receive, then we must make sure that we ask according to His will.
Most of the time the will of God we will not physically see it immediately, so that’s where our faith must step in.
Most of the time the will of God will be difficult to comprehend, and even adjust to.
God called Jeremiah, and Jeremiah said Ah! No Lord I am only a youth. But God responded;Be quiet! This is my will for your life.
Going back to The Lord’s Prayer,
Jesus then said; Give us this day out daily bread.
When we wake up in the morning we should speak life, success, and sustenance into our day.
Bread is associated with life, Jesus is the Bread of life, and we are privilege to receive from Him.
Whenever you wake up, do not let worry be your first thought, but rather let it be praise and thanksgiving.
Do you know that tomorrow is not promised for both the unbeliever, and the believer?
The only difference between an unbeliever, and a believer is that God has given believers power.
Power to overcome.
You know as a baby Christian, I would ask, and ask, and ask, and the things that I asked for I was unknowingly turning into idols.
Those idols turned into counterfeits, and later grew into frustration.
Because when you’re a baby Christian your spiritual eyes are not open, busy looking at the things of the world instead of keeping your eyes fixated on God.
God promises life, and life in abundance.
God promises riches whereby He adds no sorrow.
God promises Truth, and what He says comes to pass.
Give us this day our daily bread, life without sorrow.
Give us this day our daily bread, life filled with joy.
For what profits a man to gain the whole world only to lose his soul, and we’ve seen it many times.
Without the Bread of Life whom is Jesus Christ, there is no life.
Do not allow anybody to deceive you.
We are living in times whereby it is very easy for a Christian to lose his or her life through compromise.
If you begin your day with God, then you will most assuredly always be at the right place, and at the right time.
Amen.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Everyone needs compassion, a love that’s never failing.Let mercy fall on me.️❤
Everyone needs forgiveness, the kindness of a Savior. The hope of nations!️❤🙏
If you cannot forgive yourself and others, then do not expect to receive anything from your Father in heaven.
That’s the harsh reality really.
Do you know that there are many Christians walking in unforgiveness, yet still blindly praying to God and expecting to receive from Him.
God is no fool, we must search our hearts.
Sometimes we Christians are the ones that hinder what The Lord wants to do in our lives.
It might not be unforgiveness, but any type of sin that we are harboring in our hearts, if we do not let go of sin we will never see the promises of God, and that is scary.
We must pray to the Father to convict our hearts, and forgive us of our sins whether knowingly or unknowingly.
Amen.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
If we do not ask according to His will, then we are leading ourselves into temptation and into the hands of the devil.
There are things that you prayed to God for that He said no to, and did not give to you.
There are also places that you prayed to God that you could go to, and He said no.
You did not understand why God kept rejecting that which you asked, and you did not realize that it was for your own good, that if you were to end up in those places or to have those things, that would have pretty much been the end of you.
These days, and no matter how much the enemy tries to deceive me or distract me, make me feel inadequate, I endeavor to be sensitive to the sayings of God, for the simple fact that He has the final say.
I have had to make the most irrational decisions in order to yield to His will, and it has always been for my own good.
The best decision you could ever make is to look to God, the hope of glory.
He is the author and the finisher of our faith.
For Thine is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever, and ever.Amen.
Jesus is our blessed assurance.
Forever the Word of God is settled.
God knows our beginning, and He knows our end.
Though your beginning is small, your latter shall surely be great.
Do not worry about your foundation, it may be faulty but the Blood of Jesus speaks better things, mighty things.
Ask, and you shall surely receive according to His will.
Seek, and you shall surely find.
Knock, and God will open every door that He wills, as well as close every door that He wills.
Inasmuch as we have to let go in order to move forward with God,
God will close some doors a long the way, in order to begin a new chapter with you.
Because some of those doors that we knock on are distractions and are hindering our progress with Him.
Sometimes it is not some but a lot of doors that have to be closed, just for His perfect will to come to pass.
And I am reminded of Joseph and Mary when I share on opened and closed doors.
Many doors had to be shut, and closed on Mary and Joseph in order for God’s perfect will to prevail!
Mary may have given birth to Jesus away in a manger, but she gave birth to Jesus didn’t she!
The door shall be opened for you, and you shall give birth to the promises of God in JESUS Name!
Do not be discouraged by the many closed doors, do you know that Mary and Joseph could have given up at that point, and they had every right to, God promises that Mary will give birth to the King of kings but everyone refuses her a place to stay.
It really does not make any sense.
They could have questioned, and given up at that point but they kept going.
Despite the many closed doors they kept moving in faith.
And brethren, they reached their opened door and its the opened door that they least expected but there three wise wealthy men visited them.
These three wise men came to the most least expected place, and gave in abundance!
These three wise wealthy, and wise men knew the importance of Jesus’ coming, they had a divine revelation.
May the Lord bring forth your destiny helpers in 2016! May they see God’s glory all around you, and visit you, and bless you in Jesus’ Name.
Lord, let this be my prayer.
Let Your perfect will be done in my life at all costs!
For You alone knows best concerning my life.
Be encouraged, and be determined to ask according to His will, and believe me you will never be disappointed.
Rebuke what the enemy is saying, remember he is a liar, a deceiver, and a destroyer.
God cannot lie to you, He is the Lion of Judah.
Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad in The Lord always for The Light of The Lord has come, and His Light shines brightly on you.
Do not worry for you have God’s favor.
Allow God to lead, guide, and direct your steps so you can walk on paths of righteousness.
Be bold, and strong for the Lord Thy God is within you, and because He lives you can face tomorrow.
You have the victory.
The Lord’s Prayer is the perfect way to ask from the Lord, and it is the way that we shall surely receive from Him.
It is the prayer that they wish to reject to be played during adverts before the duration of films in the cinema.
The enemy knows, and that is how much he hates the Lord prayer, but we have a God who never fails!
God will never fail you.
Be sensitive to His Word, ask, and do according to His will.
Great is Thy faithfulness.Oh God my Father. There is no shadow of turning with Thee.
Thou changest not, Thy compassion’s they fail not.As Thou hast been Thou forever will be.
Great is Thy Faithfulness!Great is Thy Faithfulness!Morning by morning new mercies I see.All I have needed Thy Hand hast provided.Great is Thy faithfulness!Lord unto Thee.️❤🙌
This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!️😀❤🙌
The steadfast love of The Lord never ceases,His mercies shall never come to an end.
For they are new every morning.New every morning,Great is Thy faithfulness oh Lord!Great is Thy faithfulness.️❤🙌😊
All we need to do is encourage one another, we are one body in Christ, let’s continue to love one another as Jesus has loved us.
Let’s persevere to show compassion towards one another.😊
We must pray the prayer that the Father wills.
“And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.””
Matthew 8:2
“Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.”
Matthew 8:3
Then Jesus touched Him, and said He is willing.
And The Lord healed the man from his disease.
The Lord is more than willing to heal you, to deliver you, and to set you free.
But there is still one more important thing that we must realise, is that The Lord only answers prayers that He wills for your life.
The leper worshipped Jesus, and said let your will be done, and just like that the Lord responded and answered his prayer.
So this tells me that our prayers need not be long winded.
Again going back to the Lord’s Prayer though it was an example, it was not long winded either.
I’m not saying that our prayers should not be long, but what I am saying is that we need not believe that our prayers have to be long in order to receive from Him.
This morning I challenge you to ask Him, seek Him, and knock on His door and when He opens worship Him, and pray that His will is done.
Not your will, but His, and if we can tap into this very secret struggle will be foreign to us, lack, disease they will not be our portion.
If we understand how to pray, then we will always see the power of God, and that power will manifest in our lives.
God can never go against His own Word.
God is a covenant keeping God.
The leper said if you are willing.
If only we really understood the deepness of God’s will.
Take a look at the life of Job for example, and then you will understand.
Did Job have a choice when God told satan that he should consider his son Job?
No, he did not.
How about Abraham and Sarah, why was it apart of God’s will for them to bear children in their old age?
Did they have a choice?
God, if You are willing.
We will be tried and tested through the fire, but we will surely come out gold, which is according to His will.
How many of us know that the whole process of being tried and tested through the fire is also a major part of His will?
Long suffering is a fruit of the Holy Spirit you know.
That is not very easy to comprehend, but it is true.
Believe it or not it is a part of His perfect will, but we are forever destined to overcome.
Do not be discouraged, our hope and help is in the Name of The Lord.
Again I challenge you to understand that it is His will and not yours because you have chosen to die to the flesh and be alive in Christ.
God has led me to meditate on these scriptures for a reason.
And as we draw closer to the end of this year, He wants to remind us to allow His perfect will to prevail.
Simply let go, and let God for it is all apart of the process.
God is a God of purpose, and not reason.
Man reasons, but God wills.
Choose to agree with His will, rather than question it.
Amen.
I’m just going to say to you, do not worry.
God has got you, and your latter shall surely be greater.
I know you’re saying when, and for how long but please just wait, be still and know that God cannot lie to you.
Also remember that you are not alone.
I encourage you to just praise your way through the storms, He expects you to respond by worshipping Him.
Quit complaining, if only we knew what He has in store for us.
If only we saw our end, we need to open our spiritual eyes.
Have faith.
Ask, seek, and knock.
Lord let Your perfect will be done in my life.
Amen.
Lord, I’ll just trust You anyway.
Do you know that your faith has the power to heal you?
“Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.””
Matthew 9:2
“And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.” Matthew 9:20
“For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.””
Matthew 9:21
“But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.”
Matthew 9:22
Note that the woman with the issue of blood put her faith to the test by physically touching the hem of Jesus’ garment first.
She did not just say if only I could, and leave it at that, no she acted out her faith.
She touched The Lord, and He made her whole.
Your faith has the power to make you whole.
But quit doubting, that’s not faith.
Faith requires action, you must act out your faith first should you wish to see results.
You must acknowledge first that Jesus is The only One whom can help you.
You must go to the Father first.
Your faith has the power to deliver you, your faith has the power to set you free.
It all comes down to how much you believe.
“And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, Matthew “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.””
Matthew 9:28
Do you believe that Jesus is more than able to do it for you?
If only you do, then you will see what The Lord has in store for you.
They responded with a simple yes Lord, no yes but, or yes if you, or yes how will.
Just simply yes Lord.
Your response to the Lord determines your breakthrough, or your bondage.
Choose your breakthrough, have faith.
God is more than able to secure your job for you, but do you believe Him?
Allow Jesus to open your eyes so that you may see clearly with the eyes of faith.
This morning I encourage you to respond in faith.
Quit responding in doubt, all it comes down to is your yes and amen.
Your simple yes, and amen to His will, and to His way shows that you are in agreement with The Lord.
It shows that you trust Him.
A simple yes Lord, and amen can set you free.
If only you believe, if only you obey Him.
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28
“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
Matthew 11:29
“For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.””
Matthew 11:30
My hope is built on nothing less,But Jesus Christ my righteousness.I dare not trust the sweetest frame,But wholly lean on Jesus’ Name.
On Christ the solid Rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand. All other ground is sinking sand.️❤🙏
Continue to trust in Jesus, He is your hope, your Light, and your strength.
He said all those that are weary, tired, heavy laden, should come to Him and He shall surely give them rest.
That’s a promise.
It means when we are weak we have the power to be strong through Christ.
It means when we are weak we have the power to be strong through Christ.
When we are tired, Jesus gives us strength.
That’s amazing isn’t it.
It means that there is no excuse no need for us to stress, when we are in Christ Jesus because He has promised to lift the heavy burdens.
We ought to not be carrying the heavy load.
This morning I challenge you to just be honest, to God, just be open, tell Him you are tired, and He shall surely give you rest.
You have tried in your own strength, ok that’s fine but now The Lord is saying leave the rest to Me.
Our faith, trust, and hope should be in JESUS Christ and not in man.
Pray to God to help you, and not to man for the help of man is useless.
Look to God, the hope of glory, and the author and the finisher of our faith.
That means that He alone has the final say in our lives.
The more you look at man, and all that is going on around you, the more that you will grow weary.
You have to activate your faith by looking unto God at all times.
Our words are powerful.
With Words, God Almighty created the whole earth, and the universe!
Speak words of faith into your life.
Come to The Lord, and He shall surely give you rest. It means He understands and He knows, so just come to Him, He is more than willing to help you.
God bless you.😊🙏
Be encouraged🙏
Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Proverbs 18:21

He will accomplish it.🙌
He will accomplish it.☺He will accomplish it.He will accomplish it.️❤🙏
