I wrote this in September 2013, but I’ve been led to share again.
The Holy Spirit has revealed more🙈❤️😊.

There are many beautiful women and handsome men in the world, yet attaining an attitude or pride can destroy that. I’m not the type of woman to hate when I see a pretty face. I’m not afraid to compliment anyone neither.

Why do people think that if they compliment someone they are beneath them, or they are weak?
Honestly there are some people that are just so afraid to compliment. A rude attitude, a proud attitude in my eyes does not make you beautiful or handsome at all, I don’t care how hot you may think you look. Ok you look nice but why do you have to be so rude? Why do you have to scare me by screwing your face? There are also those whom have a problem with others ‘copying’ their style. Come on now if you are above the age of 16 and you are still behaving in a such a way, then there is a problem.

If the designer is Prada how does it belong to you? Did not Prada present the world with their label to be worn by everyone? I don’t recall Prada specifically saying that their label can only be worn by you. People really need to stop placing so much value on labels, you are a product of Christ, you were bought with a price, your life should represent Christ, Christ should be in each and every part of your life.

Sadly, we live in a very superficial world.
Men and women have become so caught up in their outward appearance that they have abandoned their inner appearance. I’m not saying just forget all about your outer appearance, no I believe we should take care of our outward appearance, but we should also take care of our inner being, we need to take care of our inner physical, and spiritual being. Do you know that by nurturing your spiritual being your outward appearance beautifies.
You wouldn’t have to constantly make up who you are, with the hair, the makeup, the designer labels. The beauty of The Lord will just shine inwardly and outwardly.

Be careful that you do not adore material things more than you do God. One way in which you can discover that you love material things more than you do God is if you pay more attention to these things more than God, if you know more about material things than you do your Word. Do not become so caught in the ways of this world, for The Lord said that the world shall pass away but his Word shall forever remain the same. Be careful that you do not become proud, remember pride started with satan and God cast satan into the everlasting lake of fire.
satan thought he was better than God, never believe that you are better than anybody else because of what you have. You may have all the material things of this world and at the same time, still have no soul.
God says “what’s the point of that?”
To live, and then to die forever.
God, He desires that we live, and that we live forever.

There is nothing wrong with makeup, weave, and what not but if you put such things before God it is a big problem.
Be you, be beautiful you, and if there is anybody that you would love to imitate then imitate your Lord and personal saviour Jesus Christ.

Do not neglect your outward appearance, but place more value on your spiritual being than your physical for we are all spiritual beings.
It’s very easy to forget that we are spiritual beings because of the world that we live in, but we are and the spirit is eternal. So quit worrying about the way you look, all those things don’t even matter, that should be the least of your worries.
What you should be concerned about is if your life pleases God, is God the centre of your focus? Do you even know the God that you’ve claimed to believe in? Put God first before yourself.

What matters is not your outer appearance—the styling of your hair, the jewelry you wear, the cut of your clothes—but your inner disposition. 1 Peter 3:3

Cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in. 1 Peter 3:4

Charm is deceptive and beauty disappears, but a woman who honours the Lord should be praised. Proverbs 31:30

Give her credit for all she does. She deserves the respect of everyone. Proverbs 31:31

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Psalm 139:14

But the Lord said to him, “Pay no attention to how tall and handsome he is. I have rejected him, because I do not judge as people judge. They look at the outward appearance, but I look at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

Wisdom is more valuable than jewels; nothing you could want can compare with it. Proverbs 3:15

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11

“Has anyone by fussing in front of the mirror ever gotten taller by so much as an inch? All this time and money wasted on fashion—do you think it makes that much difference? Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby alongside them. Matthew 6:27-29

“If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don’t you think he’ll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you? What I’m trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting , so you can respond to God’s giving . People who don’t know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don’t worry about missing out. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. Matthew 6:30-33

Those who think they can do it on their own end up obsessed with measuring their own moral muscle but never get around to exercising it in real life. Those who trust God’s action in them find that God’s Spirit is in them—living and breathing God! Obsession with self in these matters is a dead end; attention to God leads us out into the open, into a spacious, free life. Focusing on the self is the opposite of focusing on God. Anyone completely absorbed in self ignores God, ends up thinking more about self than God. That person ignores who God is and what he is doing. And God isn’t pleased at being ignored. Romans 8:5-8

‘Our beauty is really our state of mind.’

This is my response to the division amongst black people.
I am black.
I am a shade of black.
I am confident in the skin I’m in.
I am God’s creation, therefore I am Beautifully and Wonderfully Made.
I will never buy into the medias’s idea of perfection. My idea of perfection is solely Jesus.
Be you, be the beautiful image that God created YOU to be, not the image that the world tells you to be.

Love makes us beautiful.☺️❤️🙏

Jesus You’re the centre of my joy.
All that’s good and perfect comes from You.
You’re the Heart for my contentment, hope for all I do.😊❤️🙌
Jesus You’re the centre of my joy.😊☺️❤️🙌🙏
