The anointing is inspired by The Holy Spirit.
The anointing is not a respecter of persons, read the book of Samuel and you will understand.
The anointing is given to those with good character.
It is very true that God looks at the heart.
Brethren, is a man or a woman anointed once they can make you scream, shout, holler, or even somersault? No
Even a celebrity who has no relationship with God can influence a crazed fan in this exact way.
You know these things do not determine the anointing, the anointing is much deeper than that.
I used to think that that was the anointing, but my bible teaches me otherwise.
There is healing, miracles, signs and wonders, Pentecostal fire, revival, restoration, blessings, power and so much more in the anointing.
There is the Word of knowledge, wisdom, the prophetic, discernment they are all in the anointing.
And let me tell you there is a difference between prophecy, and fortune telling.
Fortune telling comes from familiar spirits which are from satan, and prophecy comes from God.
That’s right the enemy can familiarise himself with you, that’s if you open the door to sin and that’s when you invite him in.
You need discernment which also comes from God to distinguish the difference.
Is it necessary for me to tell you what you ate last night, and when your birthday is, what has that got to do with the Word of God?
How does that benefit the Kingdom of God?
And what has that got to do with being set free from the kingdom of darkness?
Remember that the enemy is the father of ALL lies, he is a liar, he DECEIVES.
It is time for us to open our eyes, because the deception is very real.
And do not misunderstand me, there is nothing wrong with shouting, and going crazy for The Lord.
Hey when the Spirit of The Lord came upon David, he danced till all his clothes came off.
But the anointing is so much deeper than that, there is so much more to the anointing.
And I pray that as children of God we can all tap into that.
But hey don’t take my word for it search the scriptures for yourself;
1 Samuel 16 will tell you what it takes to be anointed by God, it will also show you that God is not a respecter of persons.
Read 2 Kings 22 and you will understand that God is neither a respecter of age, God does not show favouritism.
Look at 1 Samuel 28 and you will understand the difference between the prophetic and familiar spirits.
But it doesn’t just stop there read Acts 16.
And what about His Pentecostal fire, the baptism of fire, brethren if there is no fire then there is no way that there can be any anointing.
Acts 2 will teach you about His fire.
I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

The anointing requires humility.
Pride has the power to take away the anointing, satan is a prime example.
Disregarding the Holy Spirit, and acting on the impulses of the flesh will take the anointing away.
King Saul, Samson, and king Solomon are prime examples of this.
God can choose to anoint whomever He pleases.
God chose to anoint Saul the persecutor of the Christians, and changed his name to Paul.
The anointing has the power to change your name and destiny.
The anointing is not a blanket to cover up sins.
God sees all, there is nothing that is hidden under the sun.
The most scariest thing is when a man or a woman is doing many works in the Name of The Lord, yet The Lord is so far from them and does not know them at all, because they walk in the flesh and not in the spirit.
God will leave such a man or a woman just like He did King Saul, and choose another to fulfil His will just like that, pray that the Hand of God shall never be far from you.
The Spirit of The Lord departed from Saul in 1 Kings 16 and rested upon David.
A man of God always reminds me to not act out of self will but to be very conscious and sensitive towards The Holy Spirit.
When it comes to the anointing Obedience is better than sacrifice.
You cannot bribe nor buy the anointing.

David even fell into the ‘self righteous’ deception whereby he felt because he was anointed he was excused from his sin.
God used the prophet Nathan in 2 Samuel 12 to rebuke David, and David later acknowledged his wrong.
David repented.
Repentance makes the difference, and is required when it come to the anointing.
God chose David, and sure he was a man after God’s own heart, but he fell, he committed adultery, he was crafty, and he murdered.
Discernment will help you to understand the anointing and that comes from the Word of God.
Open your bible and study it so that the enemy will not easily deceive you.
because it is true that the enemy can imitate the things of God, check out Exodus 7 the magicians done the same things that Moses did, but there is a limitation to the powers of darkness, and God’s power supersedes all there is only so far that the enemy can go.
The enemy can not exceed the greatness of God, he cannot go far and beyond, he cannot part the Red Sea.
God has given us the power to do the impossible, and that is why we must stay prayed up, we must keep the fire burning.
Fasting, worship, and praying without ceasing is what fuels the anointing. You cannot be without these three when it comes to the anointing.
Prayer is always the key.
Be aware of false prophets as there are many in these last days.
Brethren, it is not everyone that should be seeing vision for you.
There are false prophets vibrating lies all over the place.
It is not everyone that is saying ‘Thus sayeth The Lord’ that is really hearing from The Lord.
The enemy is just looking for people to impress and entertain.
Be wise, hear and know The Word of God for yourselves.
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Numbers 23:19
Your help is in The Name of The Lord, and therefore your confirmation and affirmation should come from Him.

The anointing has been so watered down in the kingdom of God, God help us.
The anointing has turned into what we want it to be rather than what God says it is in His Word, God help us.
