DaFruits of Uncomfortable Faith.❣

No matter which way you may put it Faith is uncomfortable, and empowers you to do the unfamiliar, or the unusual to the natural mind.

When you are a man or a woman of faith, you will be placed in uncomfortable situations which will break you, a process that is always destined to make you.
When you are a man or a woman of faith you are going to have to let go of the world, hold on to God and trust Him no matter what.
Uncomfortable faith is good, and I’m going to encourage you with a few examples of human beings just like you and I that had their faith tried, and tested, and they all responded in different ways.
See if you can identify yourself in any of these situations, as we go deeper into the Holy and Living Word of God.
Amen.
Letting go and Following Jesus

“So when Jesus heard these things, He said to him, “You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.””
Luke 18:22
“But when he heard this, he became very sorrowful, for he was very rich.”
Luke 18:23
There are so many like this rich man that have trapped themselves in their riches, they refuse to give it up to follow Jesus.
Following Jesus is the best thing that one could ever do in their life.
Do not allow what you have to steal you away from the reality of your true identity in Christ Jesus.
This rich man was called to be a follower, a disciple of Christ but he didn’t see it.
This man saw with the eyes of the world instead of seeing with the eyes of faith.
When Jesus told Matthew the crooked tax collector to follow Him, that’s exactly what he did. He refused to look back.
He left that all behind because he knew Jesus was worth more than what he ever had.
The rich man went away sad, of course he did because he was empty,
he had just rejected the perfect opportunity to walk with the greatest Man on earth.
Open your eyes and see with the eyes of faith.
If you want to follow Jesus, then you have to let go and refuse to turn back.
The rich man was ignorant, his life depended on things that would pass away, those things determined the value of his life.
That should not be.
Material things, opinions of man should not determine your self worth.
Trust God enough to bless you when you give.
If you want to go on your way rejoicing then choose to follow Jesus, and refuse to reject Jesus, you will only turn back sad.
The man went away exceedingly sorrowful because he could not let go of what he had in order to receive Jesus Christ.
For this man his riches meant so much more, it was his idol.
Brethren I beseech you to be a follower of Jesus Christ at all costs.
Jesus loves you, and He promises you eternity.
Trusting God Against All Odds

Above all else, give the Lord yourself.
Despite all the odds that may be against you, will you still trust Him?
It’s easy to trust God in your season of light, but what about when you are in your darkest hour?
“The LORD was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.”
Genesis 39:2
“And his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD made all he did to prosper in his hand.”
Genesis 39:3
“So Joseph found favor in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority.”
Genesis 39:4
“So it was, from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, Genesis 39:5
“Then Joseph’s master took him and put him into the prison, a place where the king’s prisoners were confined. And he was there in the prison.”
Genesis 39:20
“But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.”
Genesis 39:21
“And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph’s hand all the prisoners who were in the prison; whatever they did there, it was his doing.”
Genesis 39:22
Wherever you are right now, and whatever you have trust that God will favour and increase you.
There is a purpose for why you are where you are right now.
Joseph had a dream, and in the dream many served him so why then did he end up in the prison?
But the funny thing is that even in the prison Joseph was still in control, he had power, he had authority, he had dominion.
Despite Joseph’s surroundings, despite his common, and uncomfortable environment uncommon supernatural favour located him it did not miss him.
You have to trust God with what you have, and where you are.
And whatever you find your hands to do, do it to the best of your God given ability.
God will raise you up even in what may seem the most lowest of places.
The places where others may not necessarily want to go to, that is where you will find your blessing.
Brethren God works in mysterious ways.
Quit complaining, quit looking at the situation as your dead end because it’s not your dead end, rather it is your beginning.
Joseph trusted God, he was taken high and low and God was there every time.
Believe me,it does not matter where the enemy tries to place you as a child of God you are destined to forever remain the head and not the tail.
So don’t give up on the dream, and remember there will be a trying process but if you focus on God you will never fail.
The prison was not Joseph’s dead end, we all know the story.
God’s Word is always sure to come to pass.
In fact His Word has already come to pass in your life, all you need to do is to trust Him.
Rest.
Joseph could’ve committed suicide at this point, this could’ve been his most lowest moment, he should’ve been depressed, but he wasn’t.
This scripture says he had authority, and he had favour.
Once you know who you are in Christ I’m telling you, satan cannot bring you down anyhow.
Child of God know that you are blessed and highly favoured.
No matter what your current position is, no matter what you are doing right now, do it it in the strength and the power you have in Jesus Christ.
Remembering also that through Jesus Christ we are able to do ALL things, not some, but all.
God is limitless, we cannot limit His ways and die sure His ways are far above human wisdom and understanding, He supersedes it.
Do not limit yourself, you can be the best of the best at what you do and believe God that He will raise you up.
This is your year of arising and no weapon in hell can stand against it!
This is your time, this is your hour, believe that you are more than a conqueror.
Brethren, conquer that prison, overtake, overthrow it!
Be the best, be all that the Lord has said and has called you to be.
Believe me when I say God is a faithful God.
God will never leave nor forsake you, and neither is He a man that He a man that He would lie.
God would never forget you.
The Benefits of Living To Please God

“But even Moses showed in the burning bush passage that the dead are raised, when he called the Lord ‘the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’”
Luke 20:37
“For He is not the God of the dead but of the living, for all live to Him.””
Luke 20:38
This scripture, wow.🙌
Eternity can only be found through Jesus Christ.
I just thank God for true life :).
He’s amazing you know. He is the author of time.
He controls time, no man can change what God has ordained.
When we live for God, then we will live forever.
Children of God should desire to be remembered as servants of the most high God, and not servants of the devil.
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob they were servants of the most high God.
They were humans just like you and I that made mistakes, but they walked in obedience, and they lived to please God.
Live your life to be remembered as a servant of the most high God, a life that’s pleasing to Him is sure to grant you eternity.
He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living! Hallelujah.
Eternity begins with Jesus.
Choose life.
God bless you, thank You Faithful God.

  1. Simply beautiful Samantha! More anointing on you! I learnt so much! It is very easy to keep preaching and talking about trusting in God, but if we really break it down and analyse it in greater detail, we will truly see God work in all areas of our lives. Thank you for this rich reminder.
