There is Power in Unity.

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, Philippians 1:9

that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, Philippians 1:10

We are waiting on Him, but He is waiting on us.

Yes He is waiting on Christians to make that move of faith, to go out and reach out to the nations, to the lost, to those that have never heard The Name of Jesus before.

“I am God —yes, I Am. I haven’t changed. And because I haven’t changed, you, the descendants of Jacob, haven’t been destroyed.
You have a long history of ignoring my commands. You haven’t done a thing I’ve told you.
Return to me so I can return to you,” says God -of-the-Angel-Armies. “You ask, ‘But how do we return?’ Malachi 3:6, 7

We are the Jacob generation, the generation that worships The Lord in Spirit and in truth,
so it is us that He addresses when He says He will return to us when we return to Him.
He will return to us once we do what He has been telling us to do, which He says we have been ignoring for a long time.

We return to The Lord by obeying Him.
It’s really as simple as that.
What He commands we obey, and as we do that we not only receive the blessing but we bless others also.
We are impacting lives.

I don’t know about you but I really want to be the influencer and not the influenced.

The 21st century church ought to still have the fire of the 1st century church.
Jesus is still alive, so why are we not impacting lives like that of the twelve disciples who preached the gospel to the world?
Where has the fire gone, where has our commitment gone, where has our tenacity gone, where has the power gone?
The 1st century church power is missing in the 21st century church.

There must be power present in every area of the body of Christ.
We say we are waiting on Him, but He says He waits on us.
He waits on us to return to Him in unity.

There is power in unity.
Do you remember the Tower of Babel?

At one time, the whole Earth spoke the same language. It so happened that as they moved out of the east,
they came upon a plain in the land of Shinar and settled down. Genesis 11:1, 2

They said to one another, “Come, let’s make bricks and fire them well.” They used brick for stone and tar for mortar. Genesis 11:3

Then they said, “Come, let’s build ourselves a city and a tower that reaches Heaven.
Let’s make ourselves famous so we won’t be scattered here and there across the Earth.” Genesis 11:4

God came down to look over the city and the tower those people had built. Genesis 11:5

God Almighty Himself came down from heaven when He saw that the people were united.

God took one look and said, “One people, one language;why, this is only a first step.No telling what they’ll come up with next—they’ll stop at nothing! Come, we’ll go down and garble their speech so they won’t understand each other.” Then God scattered them from there all over the world. And they had to quit building the city. That’s how it came to be called Babel, because there God turned their language into “babble.” From there God scattered them all over the world. Genesis 11:6-9

But we are now a new creation.
We are now one body because of Christ.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:28

There is neither Greek nor Jew, nor Ghanaian, nor Nigerian, nor American, nor British.
For we are all one in Christ.

There is no more confusion, no more competition, but there is peace and there is unity because of Christ.

Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:12

But there are some parts of the body of Christ that are still not getting this,
There are some parts of the body that are still divided, and causing confusion, and they say they are waiting on The Lord but rather He waits on those particular parts of His body.

There is no power in division, there is no power in confusion.

The twelve disciples are a perfect example of what it is to really be united.
Do you remember the day of Pentecost?

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. Acts 2:1

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Acts 2:2

Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon
each of them. Acts 2:3

And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:4

Did the power of The Lord come when the disciples were in disarray?
No His power came when they were in one accord.
Now look at the impact that their unity had on the unbelievers.
Those that The Lord is waiting on us to reach out to.

And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language.Acts 2:6

Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? Acts 2:7

And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? Acts 2:8

Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Acts 2:9

Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Acts 2:10

Cretans and Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.” Acts 2:11

So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “Whatever could this mean?” Acts 2:12

When the church is united then it becomes easier for us to relate to unbelievers.

So in the beginning God comes down from heaven when He sees unity.
And in the new The Holy Spirit pours His power from heaven when He sees unity.
If we really want to see Jesus,
then we must be united in Christ!
We must encourage one another and not discourage.
For this Christian race is not easy.

If we say that we love Christ then we must love each and every part of His body.
There’s no point saying we love Christ but we do not love this part of Him, then that just makes us liars,
and The Lord is returning to those that worship Him in Spirit and in truth.

Sometimes I question whether the church is really hungry for the return of Christ.
I long for the returning of Christ!
I am desperate for Christ!
I want to get out of here and be where He is!

The church needs to speak one language and that is the language of our Heavenly Father.
There are too many voices of the flesh and not enough of His Spirit.
He is looking for the true worshippers.
Where are they?
Where are those that speak His truth?
There are too many false teachers, too many false prophets messing up the body of Christ.
They must be removed.
The many voices that are not of God are causing confusion, and confusion is bringing destruction,
and destruction is causing unbelief, and unbelief is turning the 21st century church into one big joke.

Why are we not silencing the voice of satan?
Why are not going into warfare?
Why are we comfortable with the current state of the church?
We anticipate His return but He says He is waiting on us to return to Him.
Lord forgive us.
We know you are not pleased.
There are many parts of His body yet only few are being saved.
Lord forgive us.

We have allowed the enemy to get away with far too many things in this our 21st century church, just far too many.
The church needs to get it together and kick satan right out.
Some parts of the body of Christ have willingly invited satan into the church.
They have willingly invited satan into the church by compromising with the world.
The world in which we are supposed to be influencing with truth.
So tell me who really is influencing who?

Christ is returning to those that serve Him, not those that serve satan and serve Him.
We want Christ to return, then lets be united in truth.
Lets be radical with our faith.
Lets be on fire for God!
The fire of the 1st century church must be reignited!

He has given us power but the church has abused it.
Lord forgive us.
We hunger for You.
We want more of You.

Cast out every lying spirit within the church!
Forgive us oh Lord for compromising with new world orders!
Forgive us oh Lord for agreeing with evil laws.
Forgive us oh Lord for believing that it’s ok to collaborate with the world.
Forgive us oh Lord for imitating the world when we should be imitating You.

We pray for unity oh Lord, for unity brings forth Your power!
We want to be more like you.
Release the fullness of Your Spirit.
We reject satan, we reject the world.
We refuse to seek help from satan.
We do not need any help from satan.
We refuse to compromise with satan!
All of our help comes from You.
We surrender all to You oh Lord.
Take over oh Lord.
All of our help comes from You.
We surrender all to You oh Lord.
Take over oh Lord.
Silence every voice that is not of You.

Reignite the fire oh Lord of the 1st century church, reignite the fire oh Lord and set it ablaze in our hearts for You.
No more messing around, no more playing games we are aware that the world is watching us just like the day of Pentecost.
Oh lord may the world be in awe as they witness Your Spirit pouring out on us from heaven.
May they witness truth, may they witness life, may they witness unity just like the 1st century church,
and may the hearts of unbelievers be convicted!
For that is what it is all about.
That is what He waits on us to do.
To win souls for His Kingdom.

Oh Lord please forgive us, we anticipate Your return.
Oh Lord please forgive us, and transform the 21st century church.
The joy of The Lord is that He sees His church united.

Complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.
Philippians 2:2❤️

Remember that there is a fruit of His Spirit called long suffering.
This Christian race is not easy, and that is why we must endeavour to encourage one another.
That is love.
That is the united church that Christ longs to see.
A church that encourages and perseveres in love.

The church the bride of Christ must make herself ready for the day of the joyous return of The Lord.
Let us rejoice and be glad.
Giving the glory to Him.
For the marriage of The Lamb has come, and the bride has made herself ready.❤️

We are the church, and the church is married to Christ, not the world.
So if the church has been marrying itself to the world, then the church is not ready for Christ.

Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” Revelation 19:7

And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen,clean and bright,for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.Revelation19:8

He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled. John 3:29

For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. II Corinthians 11:2

For your Maker is your husband, The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth. Isaiah 54:5

that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. Ephesians 5:27

He will return to a holy church without blemish.

If we refuse to look beyond the surface we will miss a lot of major breakthroughs, and the church will never get to the place in which The Lord intends it to be.
The church will remain stagnant, we reject it in Jesus Name.
We must endeavour to look beyond outward appearance.
God is moving,
He is moving amongst many of us, but are the church seeing who He is moving through or are they just simply choosing to ignore because they do not look the part?
Be careful because the high priests had the same mentality and ended up missing out on the return of their Saviour.

Thank You Lord for confirming that someone somewhere is about to be saved!
Thank You for convicting lost hearts!

When I spend time in His presence almost most of my day goes.
Whilst preparing His message for my blog.
He put me to sleep I had a dream but woke up and forgot,
but I knew the dream was important.
So I ended speaking in tongues new tongues.
The more time we spend in His presence the more we will begin to utter new tongues.
And He says now stop and He speaks and that is just the little bit I shared with you now.

On that the church should be careful on judging the outward appearance.
That He is using people that we would least expect.
So the church should be ready, and alert with eyes of The Holy Spirit.
He revealed one bit of the dream, that I know someone is about to be saved because of His Word and I believe.
