We need fresh oil.

2 Kings 4.❤

A certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared the Lord. And the creditor is coming to take my two sons to be his slaves.” II Kings 4:1

So Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil.” II Kings 4:2❤

Then he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbours—empty vessels; do not gather just a few. II Kings 4:3❤

And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones.” II Kings 4:4❤

So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured it out. II Kings 4:5❤

Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.” And he said to her, “ There is not another vessel.” So the oil ceased. II Kings 4:6❤

Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debt; and you and your sons live on the rest.” II Kings 4:7❤

The Lord is looking for empty vessels that fear Him.
The Lord is looking for empty vessels in which He can use.
He is not looking for just a few.
He is looking for many empty vessels anywhere and everywhere.

The Lord is looking for empty vessels to give life more abundantly.
He came to seek and save the lost, those that are empty and not full.
He is looking for empty vessels to pour His fresh oil into.
He is looking for Empty vessels that need a refreshing, that yearn for His presence, that thirst for Him.

The Lord is looking for empty vessels to pour His fresh oil into.
He is looking for empty vessels to revive, replenish, rejuvenate.
He is looking for empty vessels to fill up and make whole.
He is looking for empty vessels to cause an overflow.
He is looking for empty vessels to bless with new life.

Bring forth your jar of oil before The Lord.
Bring forth your heart before The Lord and allow The Lord to pour His Spirit into your heart.
We come before our King with emptiness.
We come before our King with an expectant heart of faith.
He sets aside the vessels that are full and consumes the empty vessels with His Spirit.

The Lord cannot pour out His Spirit into vessels that are unwilling to yield to His Spirit.
We cannot enter into His courts with hearts full of the world.
We cannot enter into His courts with hearts full of the flesh.
We cannot enter into His presence with hearts full of the world.
We must come to a place of emptiness of nothingness.

The Lord is looking for empty vessels to bring them to a place of nothingness.
The place of nothingness is a place of brokenness.
The place of brokenness is what He longs for to take our heart and mould it, to take our mind and transform it, to take our will and conform it, to His very likeness because our desire is to be more like Him.❤

Spirit of the living God.
Fall afresh on me.

Mould me.
Use me.

The Lord is looking for empty vessels that are willing.
Willing to be broken, willing to be melted, willing to be moulded, so that He can use them.

He is looking for empty vessels to use.
Give yourselves away so that He can use you.
We should desire to be vessels that He works through, to bear His very light.
We must desire the fullness of His presence.
We must desire the fullness of His Spirit.
We must yearn for more of His presence.
Our hearts must to open to Him and closed to sin.
Our hearts must be open to His light and closed to the darkness of this world.
When our hearts are open then He is ready to fill us with His light.
For what business does light have to do with darkness?

We must get to the place where we are so full of His Spirit, where we are so full of His Oil. The last verse says that the oil ceased but I believe that the love of the Lord is steadfast it never ceases.

Therefore His oil never ceases His oil anoints, and this shall cause an overflow.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Psalms 23:5❤

Lord! I want to be more like You, so take me to that place of nothingness, of brokenness, and renew a right Spirit within me for I Lord want to worship You.
Wash my heart, wash my hands, because I want to worship You in Spirit and in truth.
Here we are, here we stand.
Make us new.❤
Empty me Lord because I want to be more like You.
I die to self Lord, I die to self consciousness, I want to be Spirit conscious Lord, make me new

I’ve come to pour my praise on You, like oil from Mary’s alabaster box.
Don’t be angry when I wash His feet with my tears and dry them with my hair.
You weren’t there the night He found me.
You did not feel what I felt when He wrapped His loving arms around me, and You don’t know the cost of the oil.
Oh! You don’t know the cost of my praise!
You don’t know the cost of the oil in my alabaster box.❤🙌

We need fresh oil Lord, empty us Lord, we want to be vessels that You work through, we want to be more like You.
Take us to that place Lord.
To that secret place where.
I can be with You.
You can make me like You.
Wrap me in Your arms!

I cannot do without You Lord.
There would be no me without You.
Life without You is hopeless.
Consume me, Your empty vessel Lord.
